Now, WABetaInfo noticed that the group size has been doubled again. In the latest beta for Android and iOS, users can add up to 1,024 other participants to a group.
The new feature will benefit enterprises and businesses, allowing users to send messages to multiple people at once.
The current cap still puts WhatsApp far behind rival Telegram’s 200,000 group chat member limit.
