You only have 60 minutes to delete a message sent by mistake on WhatsApp.

According to WABetaInfo, some beta testers are able to delete messages within 2 days, 12 hours.

The new option was discovered in the 22.15.0.73 beta version of the WhatsApp application for iPhone. It could arrive for everyone in the coming months.

To delete messages for everyone you need to select and hold the message you want to delete and then touch "Delete for everyone".
