If you're a developer, you can get your hands on iOS 16.4 beta 2 right now.
Registered developers can download the iOS 16.4 profiles from the Apple Developer Center, and once installed, the beta will be available via an over-the-air update in the Settings app.
There are new emoji, improvements to Safari and web apps, and much more in iOS 16.4. The final version is expected to arrive over the next few weeks.
iOS 16.4 beta 2 contains new mentions of Apple’s new app dedicated to classical music. The page turning effect is back to Apple Books with today’s update, and there's a new splash screen in the Podcasts app. iOS 16.4 beta 2 confirms that Apple Pay will soon arrive in South Korea and that 5G Standalone support has been expanded to Japanese carrier Softbank and Brazilian carriers Vivo and TIM Brazil.
The second beta versions of iPadOS 16.4, tvOS 16.4, watchOS 9.4 and macOS 13.3 are also available.
