From today we can easily multitask while on a call thanks to a minimized in-call video screen.
Previously, if we exited the instant messaging application during a video call, the video was paused for the interlocutor, and resumed only after opening WhatsApp again on the screen.
There are also other new features, including the ability to add captions to sent documents, to create custom avatars and use them as stickers and profile pictures, to use more fonts for the subject and group description...
All these new features are being rolled out. They will be available to everyone within a few days.
