The update introduces several new features. Among these, new creative and intelligent functions stand out, making the use of your iDevice even more fun.

Genmoji allows you to create personalized emojis, while Image Playground lets you generate images based on instructions, integrating with Siri and drawing inspiration from your messages and notes.

Siri can now use ChatGPT for complex requests. If Siri doesn’t know how to answer your question, ChatGPT takes over, providing both text and visual responses. No need to create new accounts or remember passwords.

Available for iPhone 16 and 16 Pro users, the new Visual Intelligence feature recognizes objects or places detected by the camera and gives you real-time information.

The new Mail App becomes smarter, with intelligent categorization to help keep your inbox organized.

Writing enthusiasts will enjoy the new improvements to the Writing Tools, which allow you to transform text in creative ways, like changing its tone or even turning it into a poem.

Apple Intelligence is now available in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, and the UK.

Apple has also released iPadOS 18.2.
